GENERAL RULES :

1. No Child is permitted to leave the school premises during the class hours or at interval time without the written permission of the principal.
2. Leave application must be submitted whenever a child is absent from the school.
3. Parents can meet the teachers only in the office of Manager-Administration.
4. Principal/Director can only be met between 10:00am-12:00p.m.
5. Students should be in proper uniform.
6. A student can appear in the final exam only when he/she puts in a attendance of 75% of the total working days in the respective term.
7. Attending examinations are compulsory. A student not attending examinations will not be re-examined and will considered as failed.
8. No refund of fee once paid will be made.
9. Any student suffering from an infection disease must not attend school till a doctor gives him a certificate of fitness.
10. The student will not be allowed to sit in periodic exams, half yearly exam & final exam if his/her monthly fee dues and annual fee dues are not cleared.
11. In any case of fees/discipline/course the decision of the principal will be final.

Promotion Criteria :

1. Promotion will be based on regular attendance, daily class work/homework and an average sum of all terminal results.
2. Promotion of a student does not depend on the result of a single annual examination.
